Thanks to the confidence of the partner producers, who formost have not distilled for a long time, the three friends share their lovefor Gascon eau-de-vie, telling a story behind each label. It is a singular house, whose clientele consists in particular ofwine merchants, starred restaurants and enlightened connoisseurs.

KEEP THE AUTHENTICVincent, the cellar master makes a careful selection of each vintage. The eaux-de-vie are then bottled “brut de cask”, in order to keep the identity of eachbarrel. To preserve the personality and authenticity of each Armagnac, thehouse undertakes not to modify its color or its degree of alcohol. Productsare then neither filtered, nor reduced, nor sweetened and without the addition of oak.

Encantada - 25 years - 45% - 700 ml - Cask strength

Fruit of the blend of a Bas-Armagnac and a Grand Bas Armagnac, terroirs renowned for finesse and characterintensely floral and fruity in their eaux-de-vie.
Color: Orange brown.
Nose: Rich, concentrated. Steeped in classicism, thefirst nose reveals notes of prune and apricot. Balsamic (cedar), it evolves on toffee and sandsfawn (boulbenes). Then, flowers (lily, iris) spreadtheir heady perfumes. Gradually, he demonstratesof exoticism (mango). Figs and blood orangesgive it a lot of freshness.
Palate: Lively, unctuous. Placed on the tip of the tongue, tangy notes of fresh fruit (grape, apple) and exotic (passion) bring just the right amount of acidity to its behavior in the mouth. It expands to become creamy(almond milk) and slightly earthy (gentian root). The finish is naturally tertiary (cocoa bean, black liquorice, tuberose, roasted walnut)
Finish: Long, finely tannic. She highlights the land where it was born. The image of the hourglass and time which passes slowly is obvious. So fresh fruit (grape) in candied fruits (apricot) and heady flowers(honeysuckle) with notes of undergrowth (mushrooms), she is constantly gaining in maturity. The retro-olfaction is spicy (ginger, cinnamon) and earthy. empty glass fragrances of freesia and orange blossom escape.

Encantada - Domaine du Grand Mole - 1988 - 51.1%, 700 ml

A domain located in the Lot-et-Garonne in thetown of Lannes. Of course we are on onepretty limestone plateau, which will give notes morefloral to these Armagnacs from the Ténarèze appellation. The mixture of ugni blanc and colombard will givea floral and fruity character. Domaine du Pouy – 1998 - 60% - 700 ml

From the winery, from the Pouy estate, one can see the proud and superb cathedral of Condom, and its gothic cloister. When opening the bungs of the oak pieces, one can feel the ardor and the power of the Ténarèze... But its floral character quickly comes to intoxicate the curious. A clever mix of Baco, ugni blanc, and colombard harvested and vinified at the domain proudly by Maurice and his wife. Then it’s Patrick’s turn with his gleaming mobile still to distill these delicate armagnacs! The production is now over, but the story continues inside the oak rooms of Gascony. Color : Gold.
Nose : The first nose reveals spicy notes with the presence of licorice. Then comes the brioche side for this Pouy 2004 domain. The candied fruits and the greediness of the dry apricot emerge from the glass.
Palate : Aromas of roasted coffee, vanilla, and licorice on the palate. The alcohol power is expressed in this 2004.
Finish : In the finish we feel the woody taste of oak and the sweetness of caramel. An invitation to continue this tasting of this armagnac with a younger profile, lively and silky.

“With this exclusive range, we want to mean the rebirth of our proud spirits, of our Armagnacais know-how. Marked without detour by our signature: the orange color and the lion, a real common thread of the Gers brand. The first edition of the Renaissance range includes three exceptional barrels (CUXTAN 2006, Le Frêche 2006 and Artigaux 1989) presented in a beautiful bottle. Each label is dressed by the work of a young college artist, Mariyem Moutaouakkil, whose poetic universe and anchored with orientalism, brings a sensual and delicate touch that sublimates these versions. Each domain has its own character, just like each work that represents it.A selection by Vincent, our cellar master: "Strong their diversity, we want to share with you these 3 barrels of atypical profiles, who we hope will make you go out of the beaten track and make you travel, as Armagnac is capable to promise you ".
